Pigs are intelligent, curious creatures with strong instincts to root up the ground in search of tender shoots, tubers, and grubs. We work with our pigs' natural tendencies and rotate them around our pasture. This way they have lots of new ground to cover to prevent boredom, all the while tilling the soil for us as they go.
We are proud to announce we have recently implemented our own breeding program here at the farm, and are now raising many of our pigs from birth to harvest with our high ethical standards in place. Our sows (breeding mommas) are heritage breeds that produce offspring with beautiful fat marbling and incredible flavor that is nothing like typical grocery store pork.
Our hogs are fed non-GMO grains grown in Washington State, along with waste fruits and veggies from neighboring farms when available. In short, they are fed a diverse, healthy diet and lead an active lifestyle that translates into the most delicious pork you’ve ever tasted!
Pigs are slaughtered once they reach market weight. Advanced reservations for whole and half hogs are required.
