Poultry Slaughter Class: SEPTEMBER 8 2019
Join our class on Sunday, September 8th to learn how to process a chicken from slaughter to evisceration, and everything in between! This is the ultimate hands-on experience, and no chicken will ever taste as amazing as the one you put your own hard work into. Each participant will get to take home the chicken they processed.

It's a really wonderful thing to know where your food comes from, and to get an understanding of all the hard work that goes into bringing a living creature from farm animal to food on the table.
