Whole Lamb Deposit
Lambs cost $9/lb hanging weight (after slaughter and evisceration, but before butchery). Expect hanging weights of 40-50 lbs.
Your lamb will be sent to Mtn. View Meats in Tacoma for cut and wrap. Expect additional butcher's fees of ~$160 per lamb*
A $100 reservation is required, with the balance due at harvest. You will pick up your meat from the butcher shop when it is ready.
*HALAL: Lambs can be slaughtered in the Halal method, but you must find a Halal butcher shop to cut the meat, and you must pick up the carcass from our farm and transport it to your butcher shop of choice.
Please note that weights are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. By purchasing meat directly from a farmer you are accepting the natural variation that occurs.
