Whole Lamb Deposit
Lambs are sold whole, and are slaughtered before one year of age to ensure tenderness. Lambs are typically slaughtered fall through early spring.
Lambs cost $9/lb hanging weight (after slaughter and evisceration, but before butchery). Expect hanging weights of 40-50 lbs.
Your lamb will be sent to Mtn. View Meats in Tacoma for cut and wrap. Expect additional butcher's fees of ~$160 per lamb.
A $100 reservation is required, with the balance due at harvest (we do not ship our meat).
Please note that weights are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. By purchasing meat directly from a farmer you are accepting the natural variation that occurs.
