Heritage Turkey Deposit
Heritage turkeys are slaughtered in time for Thanksgiving, and are sold whole, cleaned, and ready for the oven or freezer. Larger turkeys (toms) will be harvested in October. Hens will be harvested the weekend before Thanksgiving. Please select your preference below. While we cannot guarantee this accommodation, we will do our best!
If you select a tom for October and would like us to freeze and store it for you until the weekend before Thanksgiving, we can do so for an additional $15 charge.
***IMPORTANT: Turkeys cost $9.50/lb, with average weights of ~9-12 lbs (hens) or ~12-16 lbs (toms). A $25 deposit is required to reserve your bird, and the balance will be due when you pick up.***
Turkeys must be picked up at the farm in Orting.
Please note that weights are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. By purchasing meat directly from a farmer you are accepting the natural variation that occurs.
