Pork is sold by the half. For a WHOLE HOG please order QTY 2.
Pork is $5.00/lb hanging weight. A half hog weighs approximately 100 lbs hanging, which yields ~70lbs of meat.
***IMPORTANT: A $100 deposit per half is required; you will be invoiced for the balance due once your hog has been slaughtered and weighed.***
You may choose to butcher your own half (pick up from the farm) or have it sent to Mtn. View Meats in Tacoma for butchery, where you will pick up your final cuts. Additional butcher and slaughter fees will apply. Please email us for more details.
